This fun practice of combining yoga and music can heal, encourage, and nurture your soul. During this workshop, be serenaded by fantastic musicians while practicing yoga. Josh Anderson and Jamie Garonzik will be playing guitar, violin, and handpan live during our yoga practice. Kate Anderson will lead students through a Level 1 practice. We end with a deliciously long handpan Savasana. Josh Anderson currently practices as a Physician Associate(PA) in Integrative Primary Care - blending eastern and western medical techniques for optimal patient outcomes. He has a long-standing interest in herbal medicine, ethno-botany, and music therapy. Over the past 10 years he has studied energy medicine and Shamanism. He began his musical journey at the age of 9 and currently plays violin with the bands Geraldine and Swamp Donkey Newgrass.
