Come join us at the ACNC Fayetteville- Wellness & Opportunity Center for a fun and energetic Chair Zumba session led by the amazing Stephanie Brown Kegler of Dancing w/out Sin! Get ready to move, groove, and feel the burn all while seated comfortably OR standing. Steph is bringing out the exercise bands and paticipants will leave with one to exercise at home. This event is perfect for all fitness levels and abilities, so don't be shy to join in on the fun. Let's dance our way to a healthier and happier you together! See you there!
