Young people and adults are welcome although if wishing to access the exchange afterwards, Young people must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This session is delivered by Rachel, a Wellbeing and Meditation Coach and Instructor and former Social Worker and Mental Health Practitioner from Mind Alive.
