tenx9 is a free storytelling event where nine people have up to ten minutes each to tell a true story from their life, inspired by a prompt. In March, that prompt is 'achievement'. Tell us your stories of failed achievement, actual achievement or any other true story that word prompts for you. Remember, it needs to be 'something true, that happened to you.' So we're looking for one story with people, action, sounds and smells (if relevant!) - and make sure you've got a starring role! Nine storytellers of course need an enthusiastic audience, so if storytelling isn't your thing, come along and be a story listener!
tenx9 is always free with no booking required, but arrive in good time to get a seat and please support our beautiful friends at The Jade who give us the venue for free by putting some money behind the bar. Without their generosity there would be no tenx9!
