Dr. Megan Carter is a highly experienced Nurse Executive and the Founder of MC Health Care Consulting LLC. She has 18 years of healthcare experience where she has led large, multi-disciplinary teams across the country. She is a proud graduate of Duke University where she received her DNP in Executive Leadership and is board certified as an advanced Nurse Executive. She recently completed the Nurse Executive Fellowship through the AONL. Dr. Carter is passionate about helping healthcare and nurse leaders address burnout, overwhelming workloads and meeting overload through her patented frameworks and programs. She is an engaging speaker and podcast guest who shares the nursing perspective with the world on different platforms.

Kimberly King Webb is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at CHRISTUS Health. Kimberly is responsible for HR strategy for more than 45,000 Associates in the U.S., Mexico, Chile, and Colombia. Kimberly previously served as Deputy General Counsel in CHRISTUS Health’s Legal Department, managing commercial litigation and labor and employment law.
Kimberly graduated summa cum laude from Florida A&M University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business. She earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served on the SMU Law Review.
Kimberly enjoys community service and philanthropy. She serves on the board of the CHRISTUS Health Foundation and the Catholic Health Association of the United States. She previously served on the board of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association, where she co-led initiatives to support vulnerable women and children. Kimberly is also a member of Texas Women’s Foundation’s Village Giving Circle, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Concord Baptist Church where she and her husband are leaders in the marriage ministry. Kimberly has received numerous awards and recognitions including: the Texas Diversity Council’s Dallas Top 50 Women in Law, Texarkana NAACP Trailblazer Award, and Lawyers of Color Nation’s Best.
