Cocktail Reception: Assorted Charcuterie and Crudites, Passed Canapes- Everything Seasoned Crostini, Lemon Garlic Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon garnished with fresh dill
First Course: Southwest Cobb- Lettuce Blend, Fresh Avocado, Roasted Corn, Cherry Tomatoes, Chorizo, Chipotle Ranch, Crispy Ancho Tortilla Strips
Second Course: Braised Mexican Short Ribs, Red Chile Demi Glace, Agave Garlic Roasted Carrots, Cheesy Grits, Cilantro Pesto
