Blueprint for Extraordinary Outcomes | Evangelist Crystal Walker & Evangelist Merica Green
This dynamic workshop will equip Christian educators to design and develop spiritual blueprints that lead to extraordinary, God-intended outcomes through the faithful teaching of His Word.
Grounded in 1 Corinthians 3:10–11, participants will explore the essential components of a spiritual blueprint, gaining clarity on how to build upon the only true foundation—Jesus Christ. The session will guide educators through the tools, strategies, and divine insights needed to align their instruction with God’s architectural design for transformation.
By the end of this session, educators will be empowered to construct and implement spiritual frameworks that produce lasting impact in the lives of those they are called to serve.

Counting the Cost | Evangelist Crystal Walker
Are you willing to pay the price for extraordinary outcomes? In the journey of building a life aligned with divine purpose, the cost is often personal—and different for everyone. Yet, the eternal rewards that come from spiritual obedience and alignment with God’s plan far outweigh the sacrifice.
In this powerful session, Christian educators will examine what it truly means to count the cost in a spiritual context—through the lens of commitment, discipline, sacrifice, and trust. Like any wise builder (1 Corinthians 3:10–11), we must first assess what it takes to construct a life and ministry of lasting impact.
Topics of discussion include:
- Commitment to Faith – Cultivating a deep, unwavering relationship with God through daily devotion, prayer, and spiritual discipline.
- Sacrifice – Releasing personal desires, comforts, and even relationships for the sake of obedience and calling.
- Trust and Obedience – Following God’s guidance, even when the outcome is unclear or the journey feels uncomfortable.
- Discipline and Perseverance – Remaining steadfast through spiritual testing, doubts, and distractions.
- Humility and Surrender – Yielding control and acknowledging that God's blueprint is greater than our own.
By the end of this session, participants will be spiritually challenged and encouraged to embrace the cost of building something extraordinary for God’s glory.

In this session, Christian educators and leaders will uncover what it means to be a wise builder—laying spiritually strong foundations that lead to extraordinary, lasting outcomes.
Rooted in 1 Corinthians 3:10–11, this session emphasizes building with wisdom, intentionality, and a Christ-centered focus. Whether you are teaching children in Sunday school, leading a Bible study, or mentoring one-on-one, your role in shaping lives is critical. A wise builder understands that what is built today can echo into eternity.
This session will explore how to create environments that foster not just biblical knowledge, but deep faith, transformation, and a foundation firmly established in Christ.
Through practical strategies and biblical insight, participants will be equipped to:
- Cultivate spiritual spaces that encourage growth and maturity
- Lead with intentionality and purpose
- Lay strong foundations that lead to Kingdom-building impact
