Wednesday 12th March, from 2.00pm - 3.00pm. Room 2S12, Dalhousie Building, University of Dundee.
Join esteemed historians Judith Langlands-Scott and Shaun Wilson
as they present a comprehensive examination of the Dundee and
Angus Witch Hunts. This informal-style lecture will explore the
intricate historical context surrounding these tragic events,
shedding light on the experiences of the women accused of
witchcraft in Dundee, Forfar, and across Angus. Attend this
insightful session as we honour and commemorate those who
suffered, in recognition of International Women’s Day.
