Course Overview:
"Accessing the Feeling Body" is a guided, experiential training aimed at helping men connect with their emotions in a meaningful way. Over the course of four weeks, you’ll be guided through a series of practices and discussions that will help you:
- Understand and access your emotional body.
- Heal unprocessed trauma by facing and feeling your emotions.
- Develop emotional awareness and regulation techniques.
- Strengthen your ability to connect authentically with yourself and others.
This course is designed to provide you with the tools and experiences to navigate your emotions with confidence, allowing you to experience greater emotional clarity, strength, and balance in all areas of life.
Training Structure:
4 Weeks | Mondays, 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Starting 4th November)
Week 1: Awakening the Feeling Body
- Objective: Learn to access and recognize your emotional body, identifying where unprocessed feelings and trauma may be stored.
- Experiential Component: Through guided meditations and body-awareness exercises, you'll start the process of attuning to your feelings, breaking through emotional numbness or suppression.
Week 2: Releasing Suppressed Emotions
- Objective: Explore the root causes of suppressed emotions and begin the process of releasing them safely and effectively.
- Experiential Component: Engage in breathwork and somatic practices that support the release of trapped emotional energy, unlocking your ability to feel deeply without fear.
Week 3: Emotional Regulation and Mastery
- Objective: Gain practical tools to regulate your emotions, preventing overwhelm and fostering a balanced, grounded state.
- Experiential Component: You’ll learn key emotional regulation techniques, including mindfulness practices and tools for transforming reactive emotional patterns into empowering responses.
Week 4: Integrating Emotional Strength and Resilience
- Objective: Strengthen your connection to your emotional body and learn how to integrate this awareness into your everyday life for long-term healing and growth.
- Experiential Component: Participate in integration practices and reflective exercises that will help you embody emotional resilience and feel confident navigating your emotional world moving forward.
