Yoga is for everyone—every body and every mind.
Join us for a weekly yoga series designed to support your well-being in a welcoming, inclusive environment. No yoga experience is necessary. This class is especially supportive for those managing stress, anxiety, or seeking new ways to connect with themselves and others.

Sabathani Community Center, Room 301 (3rd floor)
Each session includes:
- Gentle movement such as Chair Yoga—accessible to all body types and mobility levels
- Mindful breathing and meditation techniques to promote calm and presence
- Conversation and community, with space to discuss wellness topics that affect our daily lives

About the Instructor: Joi Latson (she/her)

I believe yoga is more than movement—it's a practice of presence and connection, not just with ourselves, but with the world around us. Through breath, movement, and meditation, I hope to guide others in cultivating a deep sense of belonging and inner harmony."
