About this Event
Toronto Arts Council and Foundation is hosting Access in the Arts - a community conversation about access and disability justice in Toronto's arts scene. The purpose of this event is to co-learn with community, and support artists and arts orgs to create more accessible events and programming, and think more critically about disability justice in the arts scene and creative industries.
We will be hosting a community conversation and panel with Director of Programming at Tangled Arts + Disability, Sean Lee (he/they), Deaf theatre artist and access worker, Natasha 'Courage' Bacchus, and Composer, Curator, and Managing Director of Xenia Concerts, Paolo Griffin.
Access at the event - ASL interpretation, notetakers, live captioning, live audio description, attendant care, wheelchair access venue, scent-free and relaxed environment
