Breathe in the fresh air, stretch your legs and discover the island’s natural beauty, art installations, and peaceful trails at your own pace.
The bridge is suitable for all ages and abilities to cross, though the terrain on the island is uneven and steep in areas, and may not be easily accessible for strollers, walking frames and wheelchairs.
Please note that Herring Island is home to some of Victoria’s most precious and beloved wildlife. Visitors are asked proceed with care and caution.
