Join Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, at Accelerate, the Canberra Sprint and Agility Clinic.Accelerate is ideal for any child from 6 to 18 years looking to improve their running action and speed. Clinics will provide the essential training in warming up, acceleration, agility, reaction time, and top speed development. The skills transferred are ideal for every sport where running fast is required.
Participants will be offered free video analysis to take home and learn from.
These group sessions will be divided up according by age to ensure every participant receives age specific information and training.
Everyone who attends Accelerate, the Canberra Speed and Agility Clinic, will be fast tracked towards improving their running goals and accelerating their development.
