For those that don't know, Plogging is an eco-friendly fitness trend that combines jogging or walking with picking up litter, originating in Sweden around 2016. It merges the Swedish phrase "plocka upp" (pick up) with "jogging" to turn workouts into environmental cleanup, often involving squats, bending, and stretching.
