Join us for an enriching afternoon at our Abundance Yoga Flow & Sound Bath event at Haven, where we'll explore the essence of abundance, prosperity, and self-investment!
The afternoon will begin with some time to try delicious coffee from our friends at driply. We'll then move into a refreshing 45-minute yoga flow to awaken our bodies as we move through poses designed to cultivate prosperity within.
Following the yoga session, we'll surrender to a 45-minute sound bath experience. Let the gentle waves of sound wash over you, releasing any lingering stress or tension and allowing for inner transformation and renewal.
But our event doesn't end there! Stay connected and engaged as we come together for open dialogue and community building. Share your journey, connect with new friends, and bask in the positive energy surrounding you!

About your instructors
Raychel Espiritu
Raychel is a sound healer and mindful meditation instructor based in Los Angeles, CA.
What that means is she facilitates meditative experiences using sound healing instruments like crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and more.
She incorporates various modalities centered in meditation, mindfulness, and movement in my teaching practices.
Healing with sound is the most ancient and natural form of healing. Studies have shown that practicing meditation can help reduce stress and anxiety.
Raychel teaches sound bath meditation classes at Hallowed Ground and individual and group sessions.

Annabel Maw
A California native living in Los Angeles, Annabel turned to yoga in 2016 when seeking 'something more' in her life. It started with one yoga class that led to a journey of self-discovery and a full life reset.
Yoga helped her become more mobile in her body, cope with anxiety, stay calm at stressful corporate jobs, quit drinking, and, most importantly, be at peace with herself.
She realized the transformational effects of yoga and wanted to share it with as many people as possible to help them in their life journeys.
Annabel has been teaching yoga since the beginning of 2023. She is a 500-RYT with Yoga Alliance and is committed to providing an excellent experience to each client, organization, and event she works with.
