About this Event
In this workshop, we will enter into the frequency of abundance – of possibility – of plenty. Abundance is not only about wealth - it’s also about health, relationships, personal growth, self-expression, and your career.
In the Part II, the focus is on building advanced internal tools for ourselves to be able to enter into the frequency of abundance whenever we choose. As well as entering into the mindset of abundance during the workshop, I will teach you how to identify thoughts of abundance versus thoughts of lack and scarcity within yourself – how to give space to the thoughts of abundance and how to replace thoughts of lack with their ample counterparts.
On this day with my guidance, you will create a personalized repository of abundance that you can take home with yourself, in addition to the active methods that we practice together during the session. The internal practices are designed to create and root an abundance mindset within yourself beyond the space and time in the course.

On the host:
, is a coach, yoga instructor, and sustainability expert who has lived on four continents. She's bringing you the abundance mindset tools she's collected and built up for herself in Costa Rica, India, Bali, and the variety of places she's lived in. Zoe studied Environmental Economics for her MSc and has been involved in professional women’s empowerment initiatives and mindfulness training since 2009.
