This workshop opens a space unlike anything you experienced at school, free from rules, pressure, and perfectionism. Here, painting becomes a doorway back to your essence.
Led by Invercargill-based artist, facilitator and Spiritual Coach, Stephanie Macdonald (Steph Mac), this workshop invites you into a deeper remembrance of who you truly are, beyond roles, expectations, or limitations.
Art is everywhere; creation is who we are.
All ages welcome, open to men, women, and children.
Workshop 3 Focus: THE ART OF REMEMBRANCE
This final workshop is an invitation to remember the truth of your soul and give it form through layered, intuitive, and symbolic painting.
You will explore:
• Who you are becoming
• What you are shedding
• What your soul is ready to anchor
• How your creativity expresses your next chapter
This session supports you to create a meaningful, powerful artwork that reflects your inner transformation, a visual anchor of remembrance.
You Will Experience:
• A guided remembrance ritual
• Identifying your creative essence and how that looks, and what that wants to merge with to create a new chapter in life
• Layered intuitive painting techniques
• Working with symbolism, embodiment & inner vision
• Releasing creative doubt and stepping into artistic trust
• Creating your own “Power Piece”, a piece of artwork representing your next evolution that anchors your next chapter
• A gentle closing & reflection circle
You leave with:
A completed Power Piece
A sense of creative embodiment
The feeling: “This is who I am becoming.”

About Steph: Steph is a pillar for inner safety, embodiment, spiritual remembrance, and creative liberation. She guides you gently into the parts of yourself that have longed to be expressed, through colour, movement, energetics, and intuitive creation.
