Fun 8 week course of weekly 1 hour coached sessions led by an experienced and motivating running coach. Learn how to warm up, improve technique and get fitter whilst building up from walking to running for 30 mins. There is way more to running when you run trail. Being outside in the beautiful Surrey Hills, surrounded by lots of the green stuff, wildlife and interesting things to see will do wonders for your motivation, physical and mental health.Have fun and build confidence with others on this bespoke course. If you don't run but are keen to start then this is for you.
These sessions are aimed at people who do not currently run (road or trail) but want to and those who have been on a break from running for whatever reason. Bring a friend and enjoy it together.

Kit required: Comfortable clothes to be active /run in and trainers, ideally which have some grip on the bottom.
