Abiaka Park Vinyasa & Sound Healing

Meet me on the mat at Abiaka Park to connect with your body and breath during this vinyasa flow and sound healing session. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, join me as we move, breathe, and find our flow in a serene outdoor setting overlooking the water.

The flow will be guided by Mayce Palker, founder of Mindful Healing Co. At the end of the flow, enjoy a sound bath with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, shakers and more.

Class will begin at 10:00. We will meet under the tree for shade with views overlooking the water & the city!

Class is donation based ♡
