Contributing to the wonderful community of Aber I am offering an immersive sound journey every second Sunday of the month.The sounds I use come from all over the world. Singing bowls and gongs are from Nepal and Burma, Flute and buffalo drum from native America and other textures and sounds that are inspired from veruous places in between.
I am not recreating another cultural aspect/belife, its more about the influence and perspective it brings and how interesting and dynamic they sound together.
This is your step into the direction of mindfulness.
This gives the individual space to reflect, relax and be guided with the sounds into a deep meditation. No previous experience of meditations necessary to experience this modality of meditation, assisting in nervous system regulation.
