Join us for a relaxed, friendly evening of conversation about all things peri, menopause, and post-menopause. Everyone’s welcome - whether you’re experiencing peri/menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or just curious to learn more.

Our Menopause Café is a safe, open space to chat, share stories, ask questions, and listen. There’s no agenda, no sales, and no pressure - just connection, understanding, and plenty of warmth.

Bring a friend or come along solo - you’ll be met with smiles and great company.
