Join Earth Moves for an uplifting ABBA Dance Party focused on fitness, fun and feel-good connection.
Learn some classic ABBA-inspired moves and an easy dance routine to Mamma Mia in a welcoming, supportive space. This session is open to all ages and abilities, with options to suit different mobility levels. No experience needed — just come ready to sing along and move.
Chair based movement options available.

Where is the site?
Telegraph Lane is a pedestrian path between Green Lane and Leasowe Road. The lane runs alongside a series of fields, formerly the market gardens for Wallasey. The site is a 10 min walk from Wallasey Grove Road station. The Earth Moves site can be accessed by foot and bicycle from Bayswater Road, turning onto Green Lane and walking up the lane for 480 meters. It is also within walking distance of the North Wirral Coastal Car Park on Green Lane, Wallasey CH45 8NA.There is no public car parking at the site itself, the North Wirral Coastal Car Park is a short walk away. Bicycle parking is available.
