Overview
Join the Alberta Association of Surface Land Agents (AASLA) for an in-person Lunch & Learn in Edmonton with the Aboriginal Consultation Office (ACO), Ministry of Indigenous Relations.

This focused session is designed for land and natural resource development professionals who want a clearer understanding of Indigenous consultation in Alberta, including the delegated procedural responsibilities of proponents and how ACO decisions and recommendations can affect project timelines and outcomes.

Mickéal is responsible for education, training, and process enhancement with industry proponents, Indigenous communities, Alberta ministries, and other regulators. His work focuses on improving information sharing, fostering positive change, bridging gaps in understanding and knowledge, and building relationships between all parties involved in consultation.
