About Aaron:
Aaron Putnam is an American stand-up comedian and podcaster. He honed his skills on the improv stage at the Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City, specifically at the original 26th Street location. Aaron has had the honor of opening for several of his comedy heroes, including Robert Kelly, Rich Vos, Bonnie MacFarlane, Doug Stanhope, and many others.
He proudly considers the Laugh Factory Chicago his home club, where he performs regularly and has headlined venues across the country. Known for being disarmingly funny and charming, Aaron draws inspiration from his real-life experiences and his upbringing in Detroit, Michigan.
Additionally, Aaron is the founder of Stand-Up in Recovery, an initiative that brings stand-up comedy to treatment centers for young teens and adults facing challenges with addiction. He regards these shows as the greatest accomplishments of his stand-up career.
Aaron has performed at numerous comedy festivals, including the Del Close Marathon and Skankfest Vegas. He is happily married and has two wonderful stepsons, along with his beautiful wife, Hilaire. In his spare time, he enjoys indulging in his guilty pleasure of watching AGT buzzer performances and episodes of Dance Moms.
Aaron currently splits his time between New York City and Chicago.
About Brad:
Brad Kofman is an award-winning comedian, filmmaker, and writer who performs all over the country sharing the stage with some of comedy’s biggest names. He was a finalist in Kenan Thompson’s nationwide comedy competition in 2019, is a paid regular at The Laugh Factory and Zanies in his origin city of Chicago, and was a featured performer on Jeff Garlin’s (Curb Your Enthusiasm) show, “You’ll Probably Get Laid.” Brad has released 9 films to date, they’ve been selected into over 32 film festivals, and have won awards in 19, including Cannes, Los Angeles International, and Austin. With his hybrid approach of written and improvised material as well as the addition of his strong guitar skills, Brad is quickly making waves across the country. As a well-respected Chicago news outlet wrote, “See him now while you still can get a ticket.”
About James:
James Couture took this bio too seriously from the start. In fact he doesn’t really like writing them, which will lend to a wonderful surprise when you see him live. Charming and witty, ever the smartest fool in the room, James will make your mother proud you came to a comedy show.
A Michigan madman in origin, James has traveled all over the country to take the stage over the last decade. Notably, he has performed at Dr Grins, Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase, The Independent Comedy Club in Planet Ant, and Mark Ridley’s Comedy Club. Now a Chicago resident James performs throughout the city at Laugh Factory, Lincoln Lodge, Red Room Comedy Club, and Second City. He is a producer of independent shows and the ever popular open mic. You should pay to see him.

The Drop Comedy Club is located on Level B inside of The Aloft Hotel. Free Parking is typically offered in the Aloft Hotel parking garage on levels 4 or 5. (Push the button at the gate to let hotel staff know you are attending the show.) The Drop Comedy Club is located on Level B inside of The Aloft Hotel.

If you have purchased tickets separately, but are coming as a group, please send a text to 574-222-2639 and ask to have all ticket orders in your party seated together. Adjustments to seating cannot be guaranteed.
F ood & Beverages available at WXYZ Bar on Level 1. All food and beverages can be brought down to the show. WXYZ offers a full food menu and full-liquor bar including a number of options such as buckets of beer, pre-mixed drinks in a can, or bottles of wine to reduce the need to make multiple trips to the bar during the show. Guests may also purchase more than one drink per trip to the bar. *There is not currently bar service inside of the show room, but it continues to be a feature we hope to be able to add in the future.
