About the Book:
The Three Beliefs of Ego explores a simple but transformative idea: that the ego, often misunderstood, is structured around three unconscious beliefs -- lack, attachment, and control. These beliefs quietly shape how we think, feel, and respond to life, giving rise to emotional pain.
In this debut work, spiritual teacher Aaron Abke draws from his background in both Christian theology and nondual spiritual teachings, incorporating both Eastern and Western perspectives to map a clear path toward healing. At the heart is the Emotional Guidance System, a practical tool for recognizing ego patterns in daily life and shifting beyond them.
