Celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month with us! The official theme for May 2026 Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month — “Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together” — is all about coming together, uplifting our stories, and building bridges that create lasting impact. In that spirit, , , and — Oregon’s first Filipino American festival — are teaming up to bring you nearly a dozen vibrant cultural, social, and educational events throughout the month of May.
From a special proclamation with the City of Portland Mayor’s Office to a screening of the award-winning Filipino film Song of the Fireflies, a dynamic speakers panel, the musical production Re-Rite by Portland Revels, and a lively food fest and fashion show—there’s something for everyone to experience, learn from, and celebrate.
