Synopsis:
In 2019 Justice Banks-Smith presented a well-received session to the Anglo-Australasian Lawyers Society on tips for ‘A Good Day in Court’.
Six years down the track, and in a post-pandemic world, there have been many changes to the way hearings are conducted and arguments are prepared and presented.
Her Honour will provide some insight into these developments and invite ideas and discussion about the way forward.
