Come celebrate the end of the year with us over an evening packed with fun, connection, and good vibes! Whether you're looking to unwind, meet new people, or catch up with familiar faces, this is the perfect chance to gather together before the holidays. Did we mention we'll have some sweet raffle prizes?!
What to Expect
🎉 Games
Get ready to play some climber games! We LOVE a competitive bunch. Not feeling competitive? No worries, we hope you cheer on the players like you just found fries at the bottom of the bag.
🍿 Snacks + Food Truck
We’ll provide snacks and dessert to keep the energy high. A delicious local food truck will be on-site with meals available for purchase. We will share more info on our socials with the company name and food options soon.
🍺 Craft Beer
Enjoy a curated selection of locally brewed craft beer from Helix Brewing Co. One DRINK TICKET is included with ticket purchase. Don't drink? Great, feel free to trade your drink ticket in.
🎵 DJ & Music
DJ Benny Loco will be spinning tunes all evening and taking requests, so feel free to throw your favorite songs into the mix!

Who Can Attend?
If you’ve ever been mid-route and asked yourself, “Why do I do this again?” then this party is for you! Rock lovers, gym rats, boulder gremlins… yep, all welcome. If you climb, belay, scramble, bivy, hike, or simply point at rocks and say “wow,” you’re invited. AAC members get a discount. Bring your crew, your climbing partner, a loved one, or just your awesome self - we promise we won’t make you project anything.
