AAA Short Black Talk: 'Architects in their Space' with architect Clinton Cole, director of CPlusC Architects + Builders
You are invited to a Short Black Talk and Tour with CplusC Architects + Builders who are an award winning practice, founded over 20 years ago by architect and master builder Clinton Cole. CPlusC are industry leaders in regenerative design.
Behind a captivatingly restored 19th century shopfront, Delorean Victorian unfurls an airy modern workplace into the leafy quiet of Surry Hills. This is the new headquarters of boundary-pushing architecture and construction firm CplusC. In every detail, it’s a manifesto for how the team thinks and works.
The Site: Built in the late 1800s, the Victorian era corner shop on Cleveland and Nickson Streets was a newsagent until the 1960s. By the 1990s, it was a restaurant, changing hands several times before falling victim to COVID-19 lockdowns. By 2020, it stood closed and gutted. Marred by decades of ugly additions and renovations, it was a rabbit warren inside. Betting boldly on the future of work, the firm bought it.
Don’t miss out on visiting Delorean Victorian and hearing Clinton's talk about how they achieved this amazing result.
