Today's world is marked with uncertainty, challenges, disruption & opportunity during this era of post-pandemic Reset. In the 1990s, the U.S. Army War College developed the term V.U.C.A. to describe these situations as challenges to modern military operations. V.U.C.A. describes situations marked with Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, & Ambiguity. The acronym may have been developed for military situations; however, it undoubtedly describes the world situations challenging leaders today. All leaders of any organization live & lead in a V.U.C.A. world today. This academy will focus on how practical communication, coaching, & reflection skills can be a guide to navigating a V.U.C.A. world facing school leaders today.
