A Word from Holden is an initiative created in response to an unexpected evacuation from Holden Village. As we travel beyond Railroad Creek Valley, we are carrying the story of Holden into congregations, retreat centers, living rooms, classrooms, and community spaces to share how intentional community transforms people, and why sustaining this place still matters.Guests can:
- View a presentation on the road damage and get an update on current status of repairs (John Lauber and the Board of Directors)
- Hear from leadership (Board and Directors) about effects on the 2026 season and anticipated time frame for reopening Village to guests
-Hear presentation on current needs and ways to help (Abby Russeth, current staff)
-Conclude with the Holden Prayer
