🌸 The Woman’s Sanctuary Restoring the Woman Within
Modern life asks so much of women.
The pressure to keep up, hold everything together, and stay constantly "on" can leave many women feeling overstimulated, overworked, and emotionally overwhelmed.
The Woman’s Sanctuary has been created as a safe, nurturing space where women can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
A space to step out of survival mode to soften the noise within and restore the woman beneath the responsibilities.

🌿 What to Expect
Within this gentle and supportive space, you will be guided through:
✨ Guided journaling prompts to reflect and set intentions
✨ A grounding meditation to calm your nervous system
✨ A guided breathwork journey to release stored stress and tension
✨ A soothing integration and sound healing to support rest and restoration
This is not about doing more it’s about allowing yourself to slow down and receive.

• Emotionally overwhelmed or mentally overloaded
• Burnt out from giving too much for too long
• Disconnected from themselves
• Like life never truly slows down
Whether you are a mother, caregiver, professional, or simply carrying too much this space is for you.

Because women deserve spaces where they are supported not just expected to hold everything together.

This session may involve strong emotional responses, physical sensations, or shifts in awareness. Clients are always in control and encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed, the following information is provided to make you aware of the risks associated with participating in breathwork activities. Persons with certain medical conditions should avoid this activity until advice has been sought from the medical practitioner. Please note the following list is not comprehensive and it is your responsibility to ensure breathwork is suitable for you.

People with severe cardiovascular disease
History of heart attack, stroke, or aneurysm
High or very low blood pressure that is not managed
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Bipolar disorder
Schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders
PTSD that is unsupported
Recent major surgery or injury
Pregnancy
Glaucoma or detached retina
Severe asthma that is not well controlled
Any condition where intense emotional or physical release could pose a risk

Terms and conditions:
A health screening form will be sent out in the group chat the week of the event compulsory to attend.
Due to the nature of this event and limited spaces, tickets are eligible for a refund if at least seven days and notice is provided prior to the event date.
Tickets are transferable to another person up to 24 hours before the event, provided the host is notified of the name change. All refunds and transfers are subject to approval by the event host.
We offer ongoing support before, during and after the journey has finished.
