About this Event
This will be an evening ride of approximately 8 miles, starting from the Lord Nelson in Urmston & cycling completely off road, through the Meadows & around Sale Water Park to Jackson's Boat alongside the River Mersey, where we shall stop for some refreshments, before returning back to our starting point. Although sunset isn't until 9.21pm that day, please bring fully charged lights in case they're needed.
Please be on time as we are not able to wait for latecomers. If you are bringing your bike in a car, arrive earlier with enough time to remove the bike.
Please bring with you:
- A helmet if you wish to wear one
- Water
- Snacks
- Gloves if it gets cold
- Money and card for the Cafe if you wish to buy something (some cafes only accept one of these)
- A bike lock
- A spare inner tube
Do not come on our rides if you have Covid symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms or if you have been asked to self isolate.
If you can't come pls let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone on our waiting list as places are very limited at the moment.
