About the Show:
Theodor Seuss Geisel, known to the world as Dr. Seuss, created
whimsical words and imaginative illustrations which continue to
captivate generations. Through his iconic characters and
memorable stories, Dr. Seuss taught valuable lessons about
individuality, acceptance, and the power of imagination.
One of his most enduring and beloved creations, the Grinch,
perfectly captures Dr. Seuss's genius. With his cynical sneer and heart "two sizes too small," the Grinch initially embodies the
antithesis of holiday cheer. Yet, through the warmth and unwavering spirit of the Whos in Whoville, the Grinch undergoes a transformative change, demonstrating that even the hardest hearts can be touched by kindness and compassion.
We thank Dr. Seuss for the excerpts and inspiration for our Whoville Christmas production.
Voices in Harmony is an a cappella chorus welcoming singers of
all ages, physical capabilities, race, and ethnicities, and a non-
profit 501C-3 organization affiliated with Sweet Adelines
International, a worldwide singing organization.
