About this Event
Many of us have parts of ourselves that we don’t share widely in front of others, even if they are quite essential to who we are and were there when we were young. While this is a natural part of growing-up, it can also lead to a loss of some of our richness and aliveness in the process.
What if we could ask a warm, friendly circle of others to offer a supportive presence as we express these parts of ourselves that we don’t usually share? That’s what we’ll have a chance to explore in this evening workshop.
We will engage in a gentle reflective inquiry to discover the parts of ourselves that we felt didn’t belong, give them the space to make their sound with simple vocal support from the rest of the group, and explore the experience of participating in a shared circle of co-created song together.
Event will be in the Belfast Room.
