Through crystal singing bowls and intentional energy every Tuesday evening, Giovanna Rivera creator of Heaven on Earth Healing guides you into deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Bring your yoga mat and a cozy blanket! All levels & ages above 11 welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to check in, & fully settle in with ease

You will be guided into a meditative state with the use of our breath and sound instruments that will help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). When the PNS is activated you can expect better rest and digestion, more calmness and recovery, & a reduction of stress and anxiety.

Info: Guests are welcomed into a peaceful studio space and invited to settle in, get comfortable, and begin grounding. Light intention-setting and breath-work help transition out of the day and into rest
