About this Event
What if you gifted yourself the care you need for Mother's Day?
Join Brown Girl Outdoor World (BGOW) for a slow, guided, reflective hike through the beautiful Evergreen Brickworks. This walk is for anyone navigating the tenderness and complexity that Mother's Day can bring, whether you are celebrating, grieving, healing, resisting, or redefining what it means to mother and be mothered.
If you are a parent, child, caregiver, or simply a human being doing your best, there is space for you on this walk. Join us to connect with a community that holds the full expansiveness of what mothering can look like.

After exploring the many pathways at Evergreen Brickworks, we will spend some time at the farmers' market, indulging in the sights, sounds, and tastes of one of Toronto's most brilliant markets.
Once you have bought all the fresh flowers and foods possible, we will make our way back to our starting point where we will end the day with some reflections and a "see you soon".
