About this Event
SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. with POUND Instructor, Heather Cintron. Channel your inner rock-star with this full-body cardio jam session, inspired by drumming. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories, and tone while rocking out to your favorite music.
Following a 45- minute workout, treat yourself to a complimentary glass of beer or cider. Food is available but not included.
Doors will open at 10:30. Class will take place in the space to the right of Collusions Tap Works. Please arrive early to sign waiver, and find your spot. COST- $20/pp includes Pound® workout use of official Pound® Ripstix®, and 1 drink ticket for a complimentary beverage. Tipping your server is encouraged & appreciated. Please bring a WATER BOTTLE & A SWEAT TOWEL.
Be festive!! Wear red and or green!! Break out those jingle bells and santa hats!!
A Yoga Mat is optional. We will be seated for 2 of the tracks.
