A Valentine's Take Over - Sinfonía x Gastón

For Valentine’s Day, Sinfonía Specialty Coffee teams up with Gastón Wine Bar for a special takeover — an early evening experience built around food to share, wine, coffee and music.

For one night only, our space transforms into a curated Valentine’s gathering: relaxed, intimate and thoughtfully crafted. A moment to slow down, share plates, sip wine and enjoy coffee cocktails in a different rhythm.

This experience is reservation-only, with limited tables available. Minimum 2 people per table.
What to expect

A special Valentine’s menu created together with Gastón Wine Bar, designed to be shared:

• Tostada de atún (estilo mexicano)
  Crispy corn toast with red tuna mixed with an acevichado sauce, finished with sprouts and avocado sauce.
• Hummus de lentejas (para compartir)
  Smooth lentil hummus with roasted peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, parsley and freshly baked bread.
• White wine selection
• Espresso Martini — Sinfonía x Gastón
  Made with Sinfonía’s Ethiopian cold brew. Intense, slightly sweet and perfectly balanced.
