Welcome to A Travelers' Christmas Eve!
Join Broadway United Church of Christ for a joyful, queer-forward Christmas Eve service of storytelling, light, and love. Together we’ll sing familiar carols, pop and gospel anthems, and songs of hope that shimmer with the promise of peace.
A Traveler’s Christmas Eve is not a concert—it’s a reimagined holiday service filled with music, wonder, and deep joy. Through readings, storytelling, and song, we’ll tell the ancient story of the birth of Jesus, God-with-us in a world still longing for love and justice.
Expect candles and laughter, sacred and disco energy, glitter and holy reflection. Whether you’re full of Christmas cheer or carrying a little holiday blues, this service is a place to rest, to celebrate, and to remember that love is stronger than despair.
We'll end the evening with a bubbly, Christmas cookie potluck. Stick around for a toast and a bit more Christmas cheer before we send you off to follow your star.
