A Trailside Feast: Fueling the Miles Ahead

Join us for A Trailside Feast, a hands-on trail mix workshop designed to help hikers learn how to fuel on the trail. We’ll gather to make our own trail mix together, talk through what makes for steady, supportive energy on a hike, and pack our provisions for the miles ahead.

Once our mixes are made, we’ll take to the trails of Inwood Hill Park, carrying the food we’ve prepared to sustain us as we walk. Expect good company, thoughtful nourishment, and a relaxed pace through one of the city’s most beautiful and historic parks.
