Vivien Beere and Ishara de Garis are both experienced facilitators, with their own experiences of grief, and know the gifts that come from doing this work.
We will use symbolic objects, simple art and writing exercises and conversation, in the intimate setting of The Nook at The Meeting Place in South Fremantle. There are comfy chairs, trestle tables, wheelchair access to bathrooms, a kitchen, and our own access to a courtyard and garden.
Cost $120
Please bring lunch to share. Teas and art materials are provided. (No skill needed.)
This very first workshop has only six places, so use the ticket link to register or get in contact with one of us by text immediately!
๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐๐: the death of a partner, a child, parents, friends, divorce and separation, an argument that is never reconciled, the loss of a job, a familiar environment, a sense of self forever altered by injury, illness or age. There can also be grief with political change, with the loss of country through war, persecution or famine, or perhaps our increasing sense of the burden of trans-generational trauma and the damage we inflict on Mother Earth.
