The menu has just landed, and it's one to get excited about:
- Wild herb & homemade ricotta ravioli, wild garlic velouté
- Seaweed wrapped cod, warm potato salad, ground elder, samphire, cucumber butter sauce
- Gorse flower and pear soufflé, vanilla ice cream
Head to Lochaline for a morning of foraging, then back to The Whitehouse for a three-course lunch built around what's growing wild right now.
