Join us for a hands-on evening exploring the bold, vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean. In this interactive class, we’ll take a culinary journey through multiple regions—bringing together inspiration from Greece, Turkey, and the Middle East for a menu that’s both fresh and deeply flavorful.You’ll work alongside others to prepare each dish from scratch, learning techniques you can easily recreate at home before sitting down to enjoy the full meal together.
On the menu:
Appetizer (Greece/Middle East):
Halloumi and housemade zhoug stuffed sweet peppers with green tahini
Main (Turkey/Greece):
Chicken kofta with tzatziki, from scratch naan bread, and quick-pickled cucumber & red onion
Dessert (Italy):
Chocolate olive oil cake served with berry cherry compote and freshly whipped cream
This is a fully hands-on class held in our beautiful commercial kitchen studio designed specifically for workshops. After cooking, guests will sit down together to enjoy the meal they’ve created in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Come hungry, leave inspired—and with a taste of the Mediterranean spanning multiple cultures and cuisines.
