A journey, a series of gatherings with Nat Martinez from Madrid, where we’ll explore Spain and its regions.
From the bold flavours of Madrid’s tapeo, to the fresh seafood of Basque Country, we’ll discover the dishes that tell the story of that place.
We’ll cook together, we’ll taste, we’ll sip, and above all, we’ll connect. Because Spanish cooking is never just about food. It’s about gathering around a table, sharing stories, laughing loudly, and turning recipes into memories.

A true Spanish cooking experience, starting with crispy pan amb tomaquet drizzled with Spanish olive oil and a proper Spanish aperitivo while the rice slowly comes to life — olives, traditional chips, premium Spanish charcuterie and cheese, and my family’s homemade sangria recipes — followed by a traditional Valencian Paella cooked together, and finished the only way it should be: with our famous Basque Cheesecake, because dessert is never optional.
*Non-alcoholic options and dietary restrictions are welcome! Leave your preferences in the comments and I’ll adapt everything for you. I’m lactose and gluten intolerant myself, so I totally get it. We can still cook something delicious and enjoy food the way we love — and the way it makes us feel good
