A Taste of Presence is a free, guided self-care experience designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect with yourself in a simple, supportive way.
Through gentle guidance and an optional one-on-one reflection exercise, you’ll experience what presence feels like without needing to analyze, perform or “fix” anything.
This offering is about creating space:
- to breathe
- to feel grounded
- to experience connection naturally
No prior experience is needed.
Just come as you are.
