A taste of Loire wine Maxime Bourret
Come sample wines from Historic Chateau de Tracy and their associated winery called ‘Tracy & Cie’, both located in the esteemed Loire Valley in France. Established in 1396, it has been managed by the same family for over 600 years, producing world-renowned white wines within the prestigious appellation of Pouilly Fumé as well their new winery in Menetou-Salon that include a fabulous Pinot Noir.
Come spend the evening with their winemaker Maxime Bourret, for a technical tasting He will introduce the estate's harvest and specific cuvées.
Handcrafted under his direction, the wineries maintains a limited, highly selected production that includes picking by hand and organic/biodynamic processes to express the diverse flint and limestone terroirs.
The estate practices sustainable viticulture and holds the highest HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) Level 3 certification. Many parcels are managed using biodynamic principles as well.
