About this Event

B Well Ladies Spring Retreat

April 24–26, 2026

This spring retreat offers something many women rarely experience: the chance to be with yourself without needing to manage anything at all. No agendas to hold. No roles to perform. Just space to arrive and be met.

Set on 300 acres of organic farmland in the heart of the Appalachian foothills, the land itself invites an exhale. Babbling creeks carry fresh spring water. Wildflowers emerge. Trails wind through new growth. The environment does the holding, so your nervous system can stop bracing and begin to settle.

Mornings begin slowly—warm light, birdsong, quiet coffee. Days unfold with guided experiences, unstructured time, gentle hikes, shared meals, and space to wander or rest. Evenings invite reflection, conversation, or silence—always by choice. From daybreak to the last glimpse of the sun setting behind the hills, the rhythm is unhurried and humane.

Farm-to-table meals will be thoughtfully curated from what the season is offering, prepared in the farmhouse by a local executive chef. Each meal is an invitation to receive care and nourishment—deeply and simply. Consider this weekend a time to tend to what the heart has been quietly carrying.

This will be a very small gathering of intentional women—women who already value wellness and understand that connection is not a luxury, but a form of medicine. Medicine for the nervous system. For the bones. For the soul.

We are welcoming five women to gather with Amy and me in a small, intentional circle. Our home for the weekend is a hand-crafted cabin, simply appointed and deeply aligned with the land itself. Here, there is nothing to manage and nowhere to rush. Nature’s quiet rhythms become the soundtrack, allowing your body to settle into its own pace.

Women often leave with a softened nervous system, renewed clarity, and a felt sense of belonging—to themselves, to others, and to the natural world—that lingers long after the weekend ends.

This retreat is best suited for women who value depth over performance, simplicity over stimulation, and presence over productivity. It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a packed itinerary, constant activity, or high-end, resort-style luxury.

If you feel a quiet yes, we invite you to reply to this email or join the interest list. Early registration will be offered there first, with details on accommodations, pricing, and next steps shared soon.

With warmth, Joyce D. Scherdin, M.S.C., LMFT Co-Founder, B Well Ladies Retreats

P.S. This retreat is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of connection and the quiet rhythm of the weekend. Once the five spaces are filled, registration will close. If you feel drawn, we encourage you to let us know early.
