The Dances of Universal Peace provide a space for us to come together in harmony, to connect with our inner selves, and to cultivate peace and compassion. We hold hands in a circle around live musicians and do simple movements together while singing words and phrases in many languages to strengthen and enliven our spirits and our connections. No experience is needed, as everything will be taught. All are welcome - all ages, ethnicities, and genders.
Bring some comfy socks and your water bottle. There is no charge, but we request donations to pay for use of the room. The location is in Wellness Space on the 2nd floor of Sunflower Bike & Outdoor, through the curtained doorway at the top of the stairs.
