Cleary University and the Secunda Museum invite the community to enjoy “A String Awakening,” a free chamber music concert featuring the Aaron Berofsky Ensemble from the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra on Friday, April 10, 2026.The evening begins with a Secunda Social Hour at 6:00 p.m., where guests can enjoy light refreshments and a hands-on art experience inspired by American artist Arthur Secunda. A pre-concert commentary at 6:30 p.m. will provide insight into the evening’s music before the string ensemble performance begins at 7:00 p.m.
Led by A2SO Concertmaster Aaron Berofsky, the ensemble will perform selections by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, showcasing the beauty and intimacy of chamber music.
The concert is free and open to the public. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, and beer and wine will be available for purchase (credit card only). Donations are welcome to support the continuation of this concert series.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the social hour and art activity before the performance begins.
